Las Vegas Card Show – Dealer Terms of Service and Disclaimer
- Acceptance of Terms By reserving and/or occupying a dealer table at the Las Vegas Card Show (“the Show”), you (“the Dealer”) agree to the following Terms of Service and Disclaimer. These terms are binding and enforceable under the laws of the State of Nevada.
- Payment and Reservation
2.1. All payments for dealer tables must be made in full at the time of reservation. The reservation is not confirmed until payment is received.
2.3. All table reservations are final. No refunds will be issued for cancellations made within 5 days of the Show start date.
- Dealer Obligations
3.1. Dealers are responsible for setting up and dismantling their displays within the designated times provided by the Show management. Setup and breakdown times will be communicated prior to the event.
3.2. Dealers must ensure that their displays comply with all local, state, and federal laws, including but not limited to laws relating to the sale of items.
3.3. The sale or display of counterfeit items, illegal goods, or any items that infringe on intellectual property rights is strictly prohibited.
3.4. Dealers must keep their spaces clean and tidy at all times. Any damage to the venue caused by the Dealer may result in additional charges.
- Liability and Insurance
4.1. The Las Vegas Card Show will provide 24/7 security for the duration of the event; however, the Show and its organizers shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or theft of the Dealer’s property. Dealers are strongly encouraged to obtain their own insurance to cover potential losses.
4.2. Dealers assume full responsibility for any damage or injury caused by their setup or merchandise to third parties, including but not limited to other Dealers, attendees, or the venue.
- Health and Safety
5.1. Dealers must comply with all health and safety regulations, including any COVID-19 protocols that may be in place at the time of the Show. Failure to adhere to these regulations may result in removal from the event without a refund.
5.2. The Show reserves the right to limit the number of persons at a Dealer’s table to comply with health guidelines.
- Cancellations
6.1. Dealers may cancel their table reservation up to 5 days before the Show start date and receive a 50% refund. No refunds will be issued for cancellations made within 5 days of the Show start date.
6.2. The Show reserves the right to cancel the event due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to natural disasters, government restrictions, or health emergencies. In such cases, refunds or credits toward future events may be issued at the sole discretion of the Show organizers.
- Intellectual Property
Dealers are responsible for ensuring that all merchandise displayed or sold at the Show does not infringe on any copyrights, trademarks, or other intellectual property rights.
- Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising under these terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Las Vegas, Nevada, in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
- Privacy Policy
The Show respects the privacy of all Dealers. Personal information collected during the registration process will be used solely for event administration and will not be shared with third parties without your consent.
- Amendments
The Show reserves the right to amend these Terms of Service at any time. Any amendments will be communicated to Dealers promptly.
By participating in the Las Vegas Card Show, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Service and Disclaimer.
